Job description, responsibilities and duties

Became a SPOC for IT vendors (IT infrastructure, IT solutions):

- Coordination of IT infrastructure and/or IT operation changes & initiatives
- Task tracking
- Budgeting and cost controlling for IT infrastructure changes
- Planning, Forecasting, SLA and Incident Reports
- Resource allocation
- Regular meetings
- Very limited project documentation (comparing to regular project)
- Communication with all teams involved (IT and Business)
- Alignment with process teams (release, deployment, resource planning)
- Communication with 3rd party (Infrastructure/SW vendors, partners)

Wage (gross)

minimum 1600 € + fix allowances twice a year + bonus (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)
