Team Leader - French (relocation support)

Do you have at least 1 year of experience with leading a team in a contact centre? Do you feel like you need a new challenge? The team communicates with the company customers in French via phone and email.

What will you do?
• Coach and motivate them and create a friendly atmosphere
• Communicate, manage and evaluate KPIs to ensure alignment of the team’s performance with the company’s objectives.
• Take active part in recruitment for the team.
• Answer questions regarding procedures, monitor the activity in the team, take escalation calls, make decisions in critical situations/cases, and constantly monitor call/email/chat queue and SLAs.
