Developing fast and scalable applications
Improving our in-house applications and work on new ones
Be a great team member and have fun in an agile team
Constantly keep up to date with emerging trends and practices in backend development and share this with team
Receiving code review for your code and doing code review for other developers

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT
At least 2 years experience with Java/Javascript backend development (e.g. NodeJS)
Solid experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
A sound knowledge of OOP, with a good level of understanding on design patterns and best practices
Experience with version control system (preferably GIT)
Working in a team environment, and being able to share knowledge and support other team members
NICE TO HAVE: knowledge of Docker, Docker Compose, Apache Kafka, Zookeeper, Agile Metodologies
