Strategic agenda:
* Participation on creation, implementation and evaluation of strategic plans and operative goals of the company
* Identify and implement proper business/marketing strategies
* Lead, motivate and manage the sales team (13 people)
* Communication with business partners, taking part in management meetings
Executive international sales agenda:
* Business development
* Organization of personal meetings with new and existing clients in foreign countries
* Build stable and long-term relationships with clients, key account management
* Launch of new products on the market and supporting the whole process
* Market research and analyses
