Job description, responsibilities and duties
- manage and ensure operations with garage, dealers, specialised tyre services provider in Slovakia, Austria and Switzerland
- take care for bookings on damage repair, carried out by the garage, put the action on colleague who will ensure this booking
- follow-up repair and maintenance events to minimize repair time and costs
- check incoming invoices, considering it as correct/incorrect
- backup support, customer oriented services - manage all requests linked to usage of the vehicles
- ensure that all vehicles are properly insured, evaluate tha claim and manage all necessary acts towards insurers, experts, brokers and repair suppliers to optimize the direct and indirect claim costs.
