Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a successful Junior Technical Support you will work independently on testing and debugging O365 and Sharepoint issues in lab environments.

Main responsibilities:
• Maintain a queue of ongoing customer issues until resolution
• Document all customer case details and interactions in the case management system
• Troubleshoot customers’ issues by being able to recreate in support lab environments
• Diagnosing potentially complex issues, effectively communicate solutions to customers

The position is open in Bratislava, but you can work from Zilina or Namestovo office or full.t
