LiveAgent is growing every week and we are looking for new people who want to grow as well. We are looking for new opportunities and we need your help in realizing them. Your job will be to accelerate our growth by generating new business opportunities (leads) and their subsequent processing, contact and personal presentation of the product with focus on German market. We will advise you and show you how. However, we expect you to bring something new. It doesn't have to be experience, just passion for the cause, approach to work, or anything else you think you're exceptional about.

What you’ll be doing:
• Strengthen the position of our LiveAgent product on the German market
• Handle high volume of communication by chat, email, phone and other communication tools
• Collaborate with colleagues from the sales and marketing department on campaigns and new ways of reaching potential customers
• Represent the LiveAgent brand with an exemplary approach to customers
• Provide sale information and support for our products:

• Closely cooperate with support seniors and developers

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

German - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

IT experience - Advanced
