Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Reporting to the CEO, responsible for the management of the Service Department.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling customer service interactions and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided
• Scheduling and coordinating all service work of technical service team members
• Setting up and implementing administrative processes in the service organization
• Defining terms and negotiating service contracts with customers
• Setting up and coordinating training programs for customers and service partners
• Regularly auditing service work being done as well as customer service satisfaction
• Oversight of service item stock levels
• Reporting (statistics, evaluation of effectivity and profitability of service department, etc.)
• Cooperating with Sales, R&D and Production departments
