QA Lead for BPM projects (onsite or remotely)
Job description, responsibilities and duties
In our technology department we are focusing on various projects for the financial sector, healthcare or any area where we can use our expertise. Our team has more than 60 strong experts with various technical backgrounds.
In our team we have experts in AI, RPA, SAP, BPM (Appian, Pega) and QA. On site we also have business analysts and UX designers. We have the resources to undertake end-to-end project development. Our main team is located in Bratislava but we are growing internationally and have lots of colleagues outside of Slovakia across Europe.
Currently we have an opportunity for enthusiasts from the QA field. We are looking for a Test Lead who is open to various projects, technologies and guiding a small team of testers.

Being an Test Lead at PwC involves:
- close cooperation with team members, business analytics, developers and product owners with goal to deliver high-quality solution;
- planing, executing and tracking test activities within relevant projects;
- test documentations including test specifications, impact testing and reasoning;
- reports including defect logging and test result logging, defect analysis, summary reports;
- guidance and mentoring on specifications to junior team members;
- support of testing related best practice sharing across projects;

- leading and training our team of QA Automation Engineers in test implementation, code reviews;

Personality requirements and skills
Technical skills:
Other required skills:
- 7+ years experience in with manual and automated testing;
- test automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework (Python, JScript);
- performance testing tools - LoadRunner, JMeter
- API testing - Ready API, Postman;
- ISTQB foundation level and above;
- understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
Other required skills:
- university degree (IT, technical or business background);
- strong analytical mind-set and sharp logical thinking;
- English language (fluent - B2 level);
- willingness to guide and pass know‑how on junior colleagues;
- 3+ years experience with leading people
- previous experience from consulting company (an advantage).
