Experienced Consultant – Operations Consulting

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Operations Consulting team is looking for a new experienced Consultant. Operations Consulting team provides advice and creative solutions for a diverse range of private and public sector clients within CEE region. We’re guiding them through major operational changes and strategic decisions– helping with various challenges from operational effectiveness to providing ideas that enhance business performance.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing analysis of operational efficiency of our clients
  • Leading work streams and small projects focused on analysis of clients’ efficiency and business performance evaluation
  • Preparing project proposals and methodologies
  • Participating in delivering complex solutions within clients’ operations
  • Leading work streams implementing solutions improving clients’ efficiency and business performance
  • Daily cooperation and coordination of project with clients’ leadership team

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for a diverse range of erienced people (min 3 years of experience) from disciplines such as Economics, Management Systems, Mathematics or Industrial Engineering, who can demonstrate a combination of:
  • strong analytical and problem solving capabilities;
  • flexibility and agility;
  • excellent teamwork and inter-personal skills;
  • fluency in Slovak and English (German and Hungarian language is an advantage)
  • willingness to travel on regular basis;
  • ability to apply quantitative reasoning and statistical techniques;
  • work with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio is an advantage)
  • knowledge of LEAN principles is an advantage.
