Job Description & Summary:

We are looking for a young enthusiastic Manager to join our Personal Income Tax / Global Mobility team. If you would like to be a part of the largest consulting company and you have what it takes to stand up to the challenges to working for our clients, let us know about yourself.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Organizing and leading the preparation of allocated personal income tax returns on your allocated client with more junior colleagues;
  • Providing advisory services to our clients and/or posted employees seconded regarding the tax and social security implications of their posting from/to Slovakia;
  • Providing employment law, tax, social security and immigration advisory services to clients in cooperation with other colleagues/specialists;
  • Monitoring tax legislation and writing internal analyses and opinions for clients;
  • Developing and implementing efficiency tools for internal as well as client use;
  • Cooperate in running the personal income tax team processes and assisting junior colleagues in their professional growth.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

From 3200 EUR/m.

Personality requirements and skills

  • Outgoing personality who enjoys talking to clients and tries to understand their issues in order to find the suitable and efficient solutions for them;
  • Good organizational skills in organizing yourself, organizing a team, allocating work to team members;
  • Technology savvy in simplifying processes and seeking for the most efficient solutions to be implemented by the team;
  • University education;
  • 5+ years of experience with the taxation of individuals
  • Knowledge of Slovak legislation on taxation of individuals and filing of personal income tax returns;
  • Knowledge of international principles of taxing individuals;
  • Experience in providing advisory services to Slovak and foreign clients on the international taxation of individuals and/or companies;
  • Experience in communication with Slovak and foreign clients, posted employees as well as state authorities;
  • Ability to work and actively communicate in English;
  • Intermediate level Excel use.
