Successful and dynamic international retail firm is looking to appoint a Project Manager to serve their clients with commercial - retail fit outs and refurbishments.

We are searching for someone who is proactive and self -motivated in delivering high quality results. Passionate and continuously looking for opportunities and works well under pressure.

Your main responsibilities as a Project Manager will involve:

- Tender contractors and external consultants and presents the results to a Cost manager
- Ensure that project is completed on time, on budget and high quality
- Prepares the technical enclosure to the lease agreement
- Knows all Brand Manuals and technical requirements, maintains relationship with
Brand
Architects and provides constructive comments
- Coordinates the fit- out realisations till the client hand over
- Executes and delivers presentations, reports to clients/investors
- Cooperates with other departments
- Seeks for the new opportunities and develops the company goals

As an ideal candidate, you will hold university degree in civil engineering with around 3 years of relevant experience from project management/consultancy and fit outs (part time job during studies counts!).
Proficient knowledge of English and Czech/Slovak is essential, together with great organisational skills and overview about technologies and sustainability aspects.

Regarding personality, suitable candidate should be highly motivated, genuine individual,
eager to gain valuable professional experience within friendly environment.
