For our client, one of main distributors of flooring in Europe, we are looking for motivated and dynamic candidate for deliver further development of building materials and interior design to Slovakian Market the position: MANAGING DIRECTOR

Qualifications:

Seniority Level: Senior level, Country Manager
Five years plus experience in technology retail or three years plus experience in leading business in retail of building material or technical material / flooring (wholesaler or/and retail).
Understandings of finance and profitability
Strong strategic planning, management, and analytical skills
Experience in advertising home improvement products and/or direct response advertising
Experience in negotiation and contracting
Strong communication skills with a role model personality
Personality that support and implement values of openness, transparency and honesty
Strong business operation and organizations skills.
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and organizing teams
ideal candidate would be motivated and positive leader that supports creativity and innovation within organization
Fluent in English, Computer Literate
