Digital & Knowledge Manager

Who are we looking for:
A person to drive and lead our Collaboration & Knowledge Team. The person will be responsible for managing our automatization and digital workspace projects in line with global strategy.

- Managing of process knowledge management and how to enhance these using technology,
- Participation and delivery digital projects with M365 and other Microsoft collaboration and knowledge technology
- To keep contact with the users and understand the users needs
- To improve and optimize digital application environment
- To customize business processes including creation/update of documentation
- To conduct workshops with users and project team
- To create trainings and instruction materials for key users

Work experience / expertise (numbers of years of experience, technical skills)
Proven work experience as digital workspace projects (2 years)
 experience in project delivery - have strong project management skills,
 Digital skills and proven experience with
 technology background (not a must)
 experience with leading team,
 professional services experience ideal,
 strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with existing (or ability to quickly establish) strong relationships with stakeholder individuals and groups at all levels,
 experience with Collaboration tools,
 understanding of knowledge management processes and how to enhance these using technology,
 experience with M365 and other Microsoft collaboration and knowledge technology - advantage
 can-do attitude,
 good writing skills in both English and Slovak,
 ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks,
 analytical and problem-solving abilities,
 strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
