Job description, responsibilities and duties
Who are we looking for:
A person to drive and lead our Collaboration & Knowledge Team. The person will be responsible for managing our automatization and digital workspace projects in line with global strategy.
- Managing of process knowledge management and how to enhance these using technology,
- Participation and delivery digital projects with M365 and other Microsoft collaboration and knowledge technology
- To keep contact with the users and understand the users needs
- To improve and optimize digital application environment
- To customize business processes including creation/update of documentation
- To conduct workshops with users and project team
- To create trainings and instruction materials for key users

can-do attitude,
good writing skills in both English and Slovak,
