Senior MS Azure/M365/Intune Engineer

Senior Engineer works as part of an international team of administrators/specialists for the Microsoft technology platform.
Main activities and scope of responsibility:
- solving problems with setting up and supporting the operation of distributed messaging infrastructure systems.
- participates in the Office 365 migration project and deploying the MS Azure environment within group projects
- Support all aspects of Mobile Device Lifecycle including 2nd and 3rd level mobile support, procurement, deployment, refresh, reclamation, decommission, and troubleshooting.
- Thoroughly record information into a ticketing system to ensure resolution in compliance with service level agreements.
- Interact with third-party vendors and carriers.
- Enforce mobile device security by ensuring compliance with company’s security policies and procedures.
- Maintain mobile device inventory and provide the organization with a real-time inventory of levels.

Qualifications:
• education: university or complete high school with more than one year of experience
• min. 4 years of practical experience in a similar administrative position in the field of Windows server management/MS Azure/Azure DevOps/Cloud/Office 365/MS Exchange/Automation Engineer..
- advanced knowledge of Powershell scripting
- experience in deploying Office 365, MS Azure, MS Active Directory, M365, MDM
- experience working on projects as a member of the project team
- orientation in ITSM/ITIL (Change management etc)
- Full understanding of setup, configuration, and support of mobile devices including basic phones, smart-phones, tablets, and hotspots.
- experience in MDM, Airwatch, intune, MobileIron, AzureAD, Windows/linux, MS ATP Defender
- Real-world Intune MDM solution experience preferred.
- Independent thinker with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work day tasks.
