Learning & development manager cz/sk

Learning & Development Manager is responsible for designing and implementing the L&D strategy with the ultimate goal to support achieving the Company´s overall strategic objectives. The main tasks include creating methodology and setting up internal processes related to Learning and Development, analyzing L&D data, identifying company-wide, as well as function-specific, learning and development needs, preparing and implementing L&D solutions and timely execution of periodical and legally binding trainings.


• Defining the Learning and Development strategy in the organization in compliance with the goals, priorities and overall HR strategy and business strategy
• Defining the principles of Learning and Development as the basis of employees‘ self-development processes, engagement and motivation
• Analyzing and interpreting data obtained from respective L&D areas, including the implementation of follow-up action plans
• Executing hard-skills and soft-skills training programs at PP, a.s.
• Executing legally-binding trainings at PP, a.s.
• Close cooperation with European HUB on L&D issues and strategy
• Maintaining and improving the integrated management system (IMS)
• Managing a team of 5 Trainers


• University degree in teaching, psychology or similar
• Experience with Learning and Development at least 5 years
• Fluency in English is essential
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Strong planning and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Result orientation
• Driving licence B – active driver
