You will be part of building something new. Our main goal as a department is to drive the common understanding of business performance of the Slovak market as well as to provide Sales, Marketing & Finance functions with actionable insights and recommendations.
Your responsibilities
Reporting:
➲ Ensure the accurate, relevant & timely reporting and tracking of core market KPIs and performance results
➲ Ensure the availability of information in a user-friendly, standardized and actionable format for all stakeholders
➲ Develop dashboards with full KPI tracking of commercial objectives and assist in the development of new methodologies to support measurement of commercial initiatives and increase efficient use of resources
Analyze, communicate & recommend:
➲ Analyze and communicate actual business performance
➲ Gather insights, analyze & share findings, advise to adjust strategy accordingly
➲ Provide actionable, strategically focused, evidence based insights and recommendations to market management
Data management
➲ Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and reporting systems including interactive dashboards and KPIs
➲ Performing detailed data analysis, data validation and identifying data quality issues
Enhance reporting capabilities
➲ Anticipate the needs of the business and lead the identification of enhancements, improvements and development of commercial information systems
➲ Liaise with IS to ensure proper development of systems/tools to support analytical capabilities
What are we looking for?
➲ 2+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational company
➲ Experience in Data Analytics
➲ Knowledge of BI analytic & visualization tools (Tableau, SQL) preferred
➲ MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
➲ Strategic thinking, strong communication, influencing skills
➲ Communicative English (B2 level) and Slovak (B2)
➲ A degree in Economics/Informatics preferred (Master’s/Bachelor’s)
