Country Medical Lead
This is what you can look forward to:
- In this position you will supervise a Medical Advisor and will be accountable for assigned medical and scientific initiatives related to the PEH (Pfizer Essential Health) portfolio of products
- In the country market, you will be responsible for developing and executing the medical plan that supports the strategic operating goals for the PEH business
- From the medical perspective you will be directly responsible for managing dedicated portfolio of products
- You will act as a Member of the PEH Medical Europe Leadership Team
- Oversight in country medical responsibility for all regulatory, safety and product quality activities related to the PEH portfolio
- You represent PEH Medical as well as build relationships with opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- In addition, you will provide a medical support and input to commercial, regulatory and Medical Information as required
- You will work with the Country Medical lead on the Country Medical Council to ensure in country compliance of all PEH medical/business activities with local and global requirements
- You will also provide a medical review of promotional materials
- In this position you will directly report to PEH Medical Cluster Lead

Personality requirements and skills
What you offer:
- You have a Medical Doctor degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience on managerial position in the pharmaceutical industry, especially Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Research
- Broad expertise in medical and strong experience with regulatory and/or safety risk management issues
- You have strong people management and leadership skills and excellent strategic skills including creativity and effectiveness in identifying and addressing major challenges
- You are customer focused and results driven with a strong drive for implementation
- Furthermore you have fluent language skills in Slovakian and English
- You have a Medical Doctor degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience on managerial position in the pharmaceutical industry, especially Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Research
