Job description, responsibilities and duties

• PROCESSES / Ensure smooth overtaking and operation of processes, e.g. Automations, Lean Projects, Standardizations
• BUDGET proposal and follow up, stakeholder management responsibility
• DECISION MAKER & TEAM LEADER / 50+ Team members, responsibility for managing people in accordance with company policy and in compliance with applicable legislation
• MOTIVATION / Performance evaluation, staff training end education, feedback, coaching, promotion and salary decisions
• KPI / Ensure compliance with agreed KPIs and Company strategy, Reporting
• SLA / Service Level Agreements based on definitions between operating companies
• NEGOTIATION / Representing the department in negotiations with management and business partners
• INTERNAL MONITORING / Internal control procedures to comply with internal/external audit , full ownership for compliance in the team

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Finance, Management

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) or French - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• 7Y+ Experience in Finance, Audit, IFRS Accounting (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Reporting, Consolidation, Procurement, AP+ AR, Invoicing, Master Data)
• 5Y+ Multinational diverse enviroment experience
• 3Y+ Direct and Indirect Leadership experience
• Business ENGLISH, level C1
• FRENCH language as an advantage
• University education (Management, Audit, Finance or Accounting)
• Expertise in Best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
• Excellent communication skills, autonomy in decision-making, strategic thinking
• ACCA, CFA or CPA certificate is an advantage
