Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Overall responsibility for harmonized and standardized business processes and solutions in all entrusted countries
- Analyse existing processes and compare with competition, customer requirements and new trends
- Identify the improvement areas
- Implement process improvements projects, new tools and services
- Simplify, standardize, harmonize and improve processes within Card Customer Service Operation
- Define and implement new processes to improve customer service and customer convenience
- Responsibility for the change management related to new processes
- Analyse the new trends in fuel card business and customer service, monitor the customer requirement and propose the improvement actions
- Participate in implementation of new card system
- Ensure alignment with other Business Units on important operational issues
- Implement the process of continuous knowledge sharing within the entrusted area
- Ensure documentation of processes

- Previous experience in business process management and continuous process improvements, Business Consultant etc.
- Fluent English knowledge
- Preferably experience in customer card business, knowledge of customer service related processes
- Ability to manage projects with high complexity and across the region
- Experience with successful process improvements and project management
- Customer centric approach
- Ability to define problems, collect data and to work with complex processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Technical skills, understanding of IT systems and applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
