• Initiate, plan and schedule new projects
• Co-ordinate the intervention of country, region, corporate and contractor resources
• To be involved in the monitoring of project budgets
• To follow up procurements, logistics, deliveries, regulatory and customs aspects with the concerned entities (department)
• To initiate Network Change request as per defined Network Change Management process
• Organize contracts and contractors and their supervision
• Ensure technical documentation and databases, relative to projects, are updated and delivered to the relevant entities
• Put into practice technical quality standards in coordination with the local, regional and global entities
• Regular updates to management on status of projects
• Prepare hand over of completed projects to Operations entities with related documentation
• Proactively monitor and report upon all site related aspects such as space availability, deliver problems, build quality, site environmental issues, etc
• Proactively monitor the status of project related orders, both internal and vendor
• Ensure proactive monitoring of all related network implementation projects in line with company standard methodology
• Provide 3rd level technical support for other entities involved in the project
