Your challenges
As an HR Business Partner / HR consultant located in Partizánske, you will be responsible for:

• Participate in aligning HR policy, tools, and initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives to speed fulfilment of those objectives
• Reliable and highly effective sparring partner to the supported functional area in the production plant
• Provide support to people managers in attracting talent with the right competencies and attitudes – to have ‘the right people at the right place’
• Develop, coach and train people managers and employees; drive the talent and succession agenda of the supported functional area
• Drive the competence and performance management process of the supported functional area; ensure that employees are highly motivated, perform optimally and are evaluated fairly
• Contribute to the organization’s performance by continuously improving employee satisfaction and engagement
• Recognize the implications of the new way of working and assess potential implementation in the organization
• Translate business needs into HR initiatives on the supported functional area
• Generate proper discussions around change and support change leadership
• Advise people managers proactively on changes and potential issues related to labor relations
• Ensure that Global HR processes, tools and systems are in place
• Participate in regional / global HR projects
• Strengthen the corporate culture in line with Global HR guidelines by supporting VELUX Core Values and Management

Information about the selection process

Important information: The role is for someone who looks / is able to accept temporary job (covering of longterm sickleave/maternity) - up to 1,5 year.

Your qualifications and competencies
• Higher degree in HR or related fields
• Relevant experience in similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably with international exposure
• Experience with working in a matrix organization in an international setting is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Czech is a must
• Solid knowledge in the field of labor law
• Business mindset, strategic & conceptual thinking
• Strong ability to influence and motivate others
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
