Key responsibilities:
* Welcoming the guests, performing check-ins and check-outs, giving information about facilities and surroundings, booking rooms, handling guest payments, reservations.
* Proactively addressing guest complains and issues to ensure they are recovered in a swift, efficient manner.
* Ensure correct invoicing & checking shift revenues
* Supervise and motivate Front office employees to deliver 100% happy guest service

* You thrive in a busy environment of international guests and varied activities where you can also bring in your language skills
* Your are happy when your guests AND our colleagues are happy
