Job description, responsibilities and duties
The company Pantheon Group is looking for a new layer to join our small legal office.
The job consists of these duties:
* Drafting, preparation and review of different legal documents (in particular commercial agreements) in Slovak and English language.
* Drafting of internal regulations and their internal registration.
* Communication with legal departments of business partners in both Slovak and English language.
* Labor and employment law and close cooperation with HR department.
* Supervision of planning and analyzing legal needs of the company.
* Work in different legal areas, in particular commercial and labor law, personal data protection law, copyright law…
* Cooperation with other departments at preparation of legal binding documents.
* Identification of legal risks and their possible solutions.
