We are currently recruiting for the position:

Area Manager

The person hired for this position will be responsible for:

· Managing of stores in subordinate region,
· Meeting sales targets (turnover and margin) by subordinate stores
· Taking care of implementing sales rates on demanding level (profitability, efficiency, etc.)
· Supervising over the shops in terms of existing procedures and standards
· Controlling budgets regarding to cost in stores
· Effective managing of subordinate team
· Developing and implementing marketing actions in order to increasing sales
· Analyzing of market and identifying possibilities of business growth
· Coordinating of stores opening
· Cooperating with marketing department and shopping centers in order to data acquisition
· Contact with associated companies
· Motivating employees.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position
· Experience in team management
· Documented success in sales
· Proficiency in English, min. B2
· Knowledge of Sllovak will be an asset
· Readiness for frequent business trips
· High interpersonal and analytical skills
· Knowledge of sales techniques
· Dynamism and strong action
· Goal-oriented attitude
· Good knowledge of MS Office
· Driving license for category B.
