Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibility for the area of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE);
Monitoring of cost items: battery and packaging material recycling;
Analysis and reporting of the quantities and costs incurred;
Ensuring data quality;
Annual planning of the quantitites and costs;
Annual preparation and review of billing records for packaging material recycling for Austria, France, Spain, Portugal and UK;
Ensuring lawful reporting (in Germany and in associated countries);
Initiate and monitor the implementation of necessary measures in case of legislation changes;
Preparation and execution of annual audits.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

German - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience in Reporting or Controlling area is an advantage (at least 1 year)
Fluent level of German language is must
Intermediate level of English is needed
Advanced skills in MS Excel are needed
Analytical and logical thinking
Positive and proactive approach
