Job description, responsibilities and duties
The TDT consultant is part of the sales operations department and responsible for technical design and validation of quotes and orders for managed network and voice services. These activities are related to projects (e.g. new customers), or to organic growth of existing services.
During projects the TDT consultant will act as the technical lead during the project implementation of new customer services .
In cooperation with the customer technical contact, the TDT will provide full technical details as required for the services that are being ordered.The job offers a mix of technical, administrative and commercial activities. The result of these activities should be a cost effective and operationally sound solution, which meets the customer requirements.Where needed the TDT consultant should be able to propose alternative solutions to resolve problems and service availability issues.
