Optical Products Development manager

We would like to enhance our R&D team in Trnava. The role of the Product Development manager covers responsibility to manage whole R&D and SDLC (with all its phases) and deliver our solutions on time and budget. Experience with product development and technical background is required. Candidate should to understand technical details in electronics, mechanics and optics. You will be responsible actively manage international team of up to 8 members to achieved on time product delivery . With your increasing experience we expect you to become a Product Owner.

Your main responsibilities:
 To deliver reliable projects & solutions on time and budget
 Close collaboration with international project team-members and stakeholders.
 Manage assigned resources, utilize them and be efficient
 Report weekly progress on projects, identify possible risks
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and track them
 Keep project documentation up to date in accordance with QMS
 Identify possible improvements of the product
 Track changes during development and production phase
 Define, lead and deliver Engineering change orders (ECO)
 Develop testing and measurement procedures, lead UAT and its evaluation
 Support implementation of automated testing for software development
 Communication with Swiss stakeholders
 Foster innovation in each area
