Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for loading and maintaining pricing contracts in our systems to enable our customers to place their orders with agreed prices. You will be the primary support for our Corporate Pricing Managers located in the USA, therefore the afternoon shift from 15.00 to 23.30 is required. At the beginning of the pricing process, you will prepare the customer request data for pricing and negotiations. Later, your attention will be focused on the pricing contract set up while utilizing the system logic for desired business results. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with established processes. As a part of our team, you should be an advocate of reliability, cooperation, customer focus and team spirit.
