Your responsibilities will be:
• Find suitable ON Semiconductor replacements for competitors’ part numbers and/or obsolete ON Semiconductor part number by using our internal and external tools
• Use and maintain Technical Support Center FAQ database
• Provide worldwide customer assistance for technical product and application questions
• Communicate with customers in English using a variety of methods - telephone, email, chat
• Work with external and internal databases; build, use, and maintain internal cross reference database
• Participate on special application and cross reference projects as needed
