Become a new member of IT team in the international company Olympic Entertainment Group established in Estonia. This position is focused on a technical support of IT backbone of the company throughout Slovakia.

You will be responsible for:
• Supporting all the electronical devices running at all departments
• Assisting the end-users
• Functioning as help-desk to department managers, business managers and administration
• Participating on ongoing and upcoming IT projects
• Communicating with suppliers, ordering, purchasing
• Coordinating IT activities according to weekly or monthly plans and complying with IT strategy within the Group

Your position will report directly to country IT Manager

Our expectations:

• Proven experience in IT support at least 3 years
• A strong understanding of IT systems and IT related matters
• Software skills: Windows; Windows server; Windows applications; LAN administration basics
• Ability to solve software problems, communicate with end user, work in team but also work individually and willingness to learn
• Advanced problem-solving and decision making skills
• Multitasking, quick responsiveness
• Deep interest in all consumer electronics, PC, laptops, audio, video, mobile devices etc
• Ability to come up to conclusions if necessary
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks when needed
• Improved communications skills and organizational skills
• Both written and oral English
• Driving license (active driver is a MUST) and willingness to travel within the country (Bratislava/Trnava/Košice)
• Appropriate health and physical condition
