Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role you would partner with the Management Team and Company personnel for strategic planning, development, and implementation of company objectives, initiatives, and projects and also Review and provide medical input on clinical data‚ patient safety data and laboratory values and provide ongoing assessment of data from clinical studies, including safety and effectiveness data.
As a Medical Affairs Manager you are responsible for:
- Oversight and management of all activities for Medical Affairs
- Develop and deliver medical affairs strategies for SK
- Provide external/internal leadership on key medical affairs, policy and scientific affairs
- Responsible for approval of all product promotional material, in compliance with corporate standards government/industry regulations and to ensure the highest degree of medical and ethical standards
- Business development - new trends/ideas - projects with payers, establishers
- Scientific Affairs - Evidence Generation, Positioning in disease, KOL management, Scientific Support, Claims / Messages together with Regulatory Aff. Manager

We are looking for a Medical Affairs Manager with the following profile:
Experience & Knowledge:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of practice as Medical Advisor, Med. Affairs Manager or respective position
- Scientific background, medicine, pharmacy, natural science
- Knowledge of the healthcare environment, healthcare policies, and regulations
- Knowledge and understanding of how to manage the legal and regulatory requirements regarding the proper conduct of medical communications, observation studies, case studies, and medical protocols
Skills & Competencies:
- Able to share experience and outcomes, open to new ideas and challenges
- Willingness to be exposed to the international environment, be part of cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, ability to discuss strategic issues
- Proven negotiating capabilities and ability to form credible relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with people with academic, research, medical backgrounds and influence them
- Ability to link and align medical and marketing or commercial strategies.
