Business Development Specialist

Currently we are looking for a candidate to fulfil a challenging role of Business Development Specialist for market entry to new countries.

Main responsibility is to ensure in cooperation with other departments of NOVIS that all requirements for successful launch of NOVIS production are fulfilled according to the business plan.

This means among other following tasks:
- Coordination of final versions of contractual documentation
- Setting up all the necessary processes and documentation for back office team based on standard NOVIS procedures
- Daily communication between external law company, distribution partners, back office team etc. in a new country and NOVIS HQ in Bratislava
- Contributing to the recruitment, management, motivation, staff training and evaluation of employees
- Regular reporting to the Management board
