Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our headquarters in Bratislava provides back-office services for NOVIS markets across Europe. We would like you to join our team to increase our flexibility and capacity to fulfil various different tasks for ITALIAN market.

There are two major set of tasks which you would face: to ensure that all internally set procedures are correctly implemented, performed, controlled and reviewed towards Italian market which are usually operated by Master Distributors and to provide capacity to perform concrete tasks in case the respective local team is not able to do it in appropriate time and / or quality.

You may also be part of the project teams which sets up procedures for new markets and/or review and update the existing ones.

This requires deep knowledge of the context of the procedures performed in HQ or abroad, intensive communication with local team/s as well as with other departments in HQ (mainly IT, compliance, underwriting/claims, marketing).

Travelling is rare, but may be needed to accomplish the tasks.

Your job responsibilities may include any of following tasks:
• screening of the application forms and other documents
• capturing the insurance contracts into internal systems
• communication with employees, distribution partners, brokers and/or clients in specific markets including handling their requests and/or questions

You have to be able to communicate in Italian language with international partners (speaking / writing), limited knowledge of Slovak language is not a major issue. On top of Italian / English / Slovak language, we prefer candidates with some of the additional languages – see below, ordered by our preference:
1.) German
2.) Hungarian, Norwegian, Swedish
3.) Czech, Polish, Finnish, Icelandic

We expand our business to new countries every year and thus we appreciate any other language as well.

We do not require experience or knowledge of finance / insurance industry.

• reviewing of the insurance policies and their amendments in terms of the correctness and completeness and capturing them into the information system
• processing of the technical and non-technical changes in the insurance policies
