Lead/Senior Frontend Developer (React)

We are a small Slovakian software company developing our own network automation and management software suite (https://unimus.net). We have over 800 deployments of our software stack world-wide, running everywhere from small local networks to regional ISPs, data-centers and national-scale telcos/carriers.

We are currently working on expanding our software-suite, and working to build multiple new products over the coming years.

We are looking for some to:
- Perform the role of Lead Developer and serve as a mentor for junior/medior developers
- Write performant and scalable frontend systems using state of the art frameworks
- Write reusable high quality code, libraries
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate closely with Product Owner, UI designer and other team members

Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience in Front-end development
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Typescript, CSS3, HTML5
- Experience with tools like Webpack (or alternatives), NodeJS, nvm, NPM
- Familiarity with performance fine-tuning like files compression, minification, cache optimization, obfuscation, rendering
- Experience of client-site integration of WebSockets and REST web services and data format JSON
- Experience with unit, integration and E2E testing

This positions is aimed at development of a new software product - you will not be limited by legacy technologies, legacy code, nor technical debt. You will be included in (and have the ability to contribute to) product architecture and code structure / design.
