Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are a growing Slovakian software company developing our own network automation and management software suite (https://unimus.net). We are currently expanding our team. When you join us, you can look forward to a dynamic, highly-motivated team, building software used world-wide.

We are looking for someone to:
- manage the day-to-day needs of our office (office supplies, office management)
- take care of incoming and outgoing postal mail, incoming packages, etc.
- coordinate with the finance team to properly process and file incoming invoices
- manage conference booking (hotel, plane tickets, conference booth, etc.)
- handle purchasing and office equipment ordering
- plan, manage and coordinate internal processes (BOZP, parking spots, etc.)

This is a part-time job, requiring 4 hours daily (flexible) Mon-Fri, on-site in our offices in Kosice.

Requirements:
- fluent English (written and spoken)
- good organizational skills
- communication skills (written and verbal)
- independent, reliable, problem solver
- experience with purchasing / sourcing
- experience with office management

We have over 3000 deployments of our software stack world-wide, running everywhere from small local networks to regional ISPs, data-centers and national-scale telcos/carriers.

We are currently working on expanding our software-suite, and are building multiple new software products scheduled for release this/next year.
