Communication Coordinator

Currently we are looking for a Communication Coordinator who will fully support NATEK Communication activities in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, with additionally c.a. 20% workload dedicated to group level marketing / communication projects. (S)he is responsible for implementation of communication activities on respective markets including on-line & off-line advertising, NATEK’s presence on job fairs and industry events, digital & social media initiatives as well as cooperation with 3rd parties. Our new-hire is also expected to contribute to the communication strategy and ideas within the department, under respective management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help implementing a cross media marketing strategy that translates NATEK business and marketing goals into meaningful deliverables
• Contribute with ideas and execute specific internal & external communication activities
• Identify platforms and physically manage social media profiles in two languages: Slovak & Czech
• Schedule and monitor advertising budget spent and 3rd party agreements, facilitate job advertising on digital platforms
• Coordinate the company’s presence at job fairs and other industry events
• Compile reports for management on ROI, analysing and showing results
• Collaborate to produce engaging content for both internal and external communication


REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing / media / communication (within IT sector is a plus)
• Good command of English
• Nativity in one of these languages: Slovak, Czech (plus ability to communicate on social media in the other)
• Demonstrable passion for marketing & communication, ability to turn this passion into specific projects
• True team spirit with ability to adjust to diverse styles and needs of the business
• Basic knowledge of communication tools & platforms within the CEE region
• Good copywriting skills
• Community management skills
• Social content creation skills (including video)
• Highly motivated, innovative, reliable, self-driven and result orientated personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Being a marketing enthusiast with an interest in new technologies :)
