Job description, responsibilities and duties
Due to the continuous growth of our Business Unit, we are looking for an organized and motivated colleague who will join our team as HR Consultant. You will be responsible for providing HR support to a group of consultants performing work at our customers in BU. Start date - as soon as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing HR support for the group of consultants performing work at clients’ premises
• Facilitating visa, work permit and work authorization services
• Answering employee requests and questions
• Building and developing a good relationship with customers and consultants
• Cooperating with external companies - payroll service provider, health and safety at work service provider, others
• Ensuring legal compliance in the local branch (employment docs, medical check-ups, health & safety at work training, work permits)
• Assisting with new employee hiring processes (documents, induction program)
• Maintaining data in HRM system (data update, docs upload)
• Administering employee benefits (medical care, multisport cards) including enrolment, changes, terminations
• Maintaining reports related to attendance, holidays and bonuses
• Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
• Participating in HR projects
• Organizing company events (team building, Christmas party)
REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate from Human Resources studies
• At least 1 years of proven HR experience
• Knowledge of the labor code will be a benefit
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent English
