WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

As a Human Resources Intern you will provide support to the HR department in the EMEA Area Office:

*Support the recruitment process
*Support orientation process of newcomers
*Coordination of electronic attendance system
*Ensure the accuracy of Grant timesheets
*Ensure updated Employee files and the Org chart
*Proactive maintenance of content on our Intranet platform
*Support Employee wellness
*Research on current and future HR trends
*Assist with any administration needs of the department
*Support on Learning and Organizational development projects

Working time: Approximately 20hrs per week (flexible)
Location: Remote/Bratislava

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

*Must be a full-time university student
*Interest in a long-term internship for at least a year
*Excellent English and Slovak (written and spoken)
*Advanced digital skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), any database or knowledge system is welcomed
