Job description, responsibilities and duties
As an Advisor, you will be the contact point for Customers who want to solve a situation or just ask a question related to their experience with one of the leading car manufacturers. You will be the representative of the brand, facing Customer requests and handling the cases up to the solution in order to reach high customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
• Handle customer requests through various channels and different platforms in the markets of Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic
• Understand and investigate root causes of customer inquiries
• Provide information and/or coordination depending on the customer’s request
• Record all customer contact in order to track the activities
• Provide internal and external escalation and reporting
• Manage the administrative processes required for test drive arrangement, Telematics and information requests
Your Profile:
• You have experience in Customer Care or related client-facing role
• You are interested in the automotive industry (to have automotive support experience is an advantage)
• You are fluent in Slovak/Czech and Hungarian (written and verbal)
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation and persuasion attitude
• You have logical thinking to break complex problems into their components
• You are flexible, and able to adapt to changing environment and priorities
