Job description, responsibilities and duties
Working as member of our Procurement Enabling Services Team (for 50% of the capacity) and being part of a multicultural team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Alternative for other 50% of the capacity (optional R2P Task force):
- Map diverse sourcing and procurement processes
- Maintain the existing process maps and the central library with the process documents
- Set the standards for process documentation and monitor the quality of existing documents
- Ensure professional knowledge management and the way the knowledge is shared with relevant audience/stakeholders
- Support creation of the Continuous Improvement concept for the processes in scope of the PES team including:
- Define analytics base as a source for CI potential (data sources, collection & consolidation, KPI definitions etc.)
- Define tools and techniques to discover and drive CI potential towards benefit realization
- Establish cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient and effective concept (Information Management & Digital Excellence departments, Advanced Data Analytics and Process Value Engineering teams etc.)
- Consolidate all into a one lean process leading to continuous improvement and added value creation
- Establish regular reporting of the CI outcomes
- Drive several CI initiatives based on defined concept
- Report the outcomes on regular base
- Support the data mining projects related to PES team scope
- Continuously look for opportunities to increase the value of DPS PES team is delivering to the whole Mondi procurement community
Alternative for other 50% of the capacity (optional R2P Task force):
- Assist the R2P Task Force team and the local stakeholders, to increase their level of automation
- Understand the different business processes and requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the R2P processes
- Ensure and build a trustful collaboration and relations with IM and the Stakeholders
- Proactive communication with Regional and Local Stakeholders
- Train the Stakeholders and the Digital Procurement Solutions (DPS) team (tool SAP)
- After previous training; take over the responsibility for the implementation of the different automation work packages and its technical support in all Mondi Plants
- Carry out task related to project planning and implementation: planning, monitoring, controlling, reporting, etc
- Communication and reporting on the progress to management, business process owners, group categories
