You work with functions and business units to develop strategic roadmaps and to plan agreed-to outcomes. In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Business Services.

How you will contribute

You will offer your support on issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers. In addition, you will support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and see business projects through to completion. You will also contribute to operational processes by ensuring that key performance indicators and performance management targets are met and by sharing best practices and supporting the super key user community.

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the timely availability and quality of product information data in order to support all data publishing requirements to customers across MEU region. It includes data creation and changes and quality according to gold model and industry standards to meet customers' requirements.

In order to be successful in this role, you will

• Coordinate end-to-end data flow process from New Product Development until Data Publication
• Understand what kind of data to be published when during the I2M process
• Proactive tracking to meet publication timelines
• Backlog handling - pending publication, data accuracy check
• NPD preparation and tracking
• Apply data quality management policies as prescribed in the Mondelez Gold Model and GS1 standards, carry out 360degree checks on key data attributes to ensure consistency of data shared
• Support business functions in issue solving, customer complaints and production issues
• Support continuous improvement projects in data quality and data processes
• Cooperate with stakeholders
