You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

More about this role

People Experience Advisor is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities. The Advisor is the key point of contact to core (Blue Collar) employees. Where appropriate the PE Advisor will support implementation of local projects or initiatives.

Main responsibilities
  • You will work in one of our leading Chocolate Factories and will gain and use plant knowledge to provide local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the business.
  • You will maintain the Core employees (blue collar) data in Workday and provide end-to-end support in their HR requests
  • You manage the legally required signing of documents (contracts, contract amendments, mandatory onboarding materials, paperwork related to leavers) and its e-filing
  • You are responsible for recruitment of our core employees including job posting, interview, agency communication and onboarding.
  • You are responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Number of years of experience

Personality requirements and skills

  • You are fluent in Czech or Slovak and English
  • You have a can-do attitude and open mind
  • You are experienced and knowledgeable in HR processes (min. 2 years)
  • Experience in recruitment of manufacturing positions is preferred
  • Preferably you have experience in a multinational, shared service or manufacturing environment
  • You are confident in working across multiple locations, able to influence and partner with a remote manager
  • University Degree from law, HR or other relevant business area is required
  • PC savvy
