Restructuring Analyst

Project Costs and Savings tracking
Track and monitor MEU Restructuring Projects costs related to ZBB: prepare templates, propose reporting frequency and establish country contacts where necessary.
Follow up on variances versus the Appropriation request, past forecasts and reported actuals.
Provide guidance to countries regarding reporting requirements.
Spending tracking
Regularly collect spending data (actuals and forecasts) from the countries and reconcile to reporting systems.
Project reporting
Provide quarterly (or more frequent) project status updates including costs, savings, and cash spending for past periods as well as outlook for total project costs.
Support to the Controller Cost Savings Initiatives MEU
Provide ad hoc support to the Controller Cost Saving Initiatives MEU in preparing presentations, communication with the countries and consolidation of country input.
