Job description, responsibilities and duties
The objectives and guiding principles for MBS Hire to Retire include:
Main Responsibilities:
- Focus on excellent customer service while providing a great place to work through an outcome based, knowledgeable and engaged HR services organisation.

- Provide a talent pool for HR.
- Implement non-negotiable control and compliance standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all administrative tasks from setting up new vacancies in Taleo to offer processing and induction day of new-hire
- Schedules interviews with internal and external talent
- Provides offer/contract documentation for new hire and triggers background checks, if applicable
- Leads all onboarding activities for new hires
- Collaborates closely with various stakeholders within the business
- Responsible for completeness of all documentation in recruitment
- Prioritizes daily tasks according to fast changing requirements of the business

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1) and Czech - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
- University Degree
- Experience in administration and coordination within HR/Recruitment, Logistics or Customer Service
- Experience working in international environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and English language
Preferred:
- Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo Oracle) or similar
- Additional European language skills
