Scrum Master/Team Leader

You will:

• Facilitate the Scrum framework, including sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
• Participate in a Scrum Team and contribute to future product releases
• Maintenance of metrics that could help the Scrum Team see how they are doing
• Supporting the Scrum Team to be accountable for their comments, protect the Scrum Team from external interference
• As a Team Leader you will be responsible for technical and administrative leading of a team consisting of 6 – 10 SW Engineers, Test Engineers
• Lead employees to high performance and develop the the skills of our employees
• Influence and shape the agile culture of Metrohm and make it visible to the community in Bratislava
• Invest into constructive collaboration with team leaders and other senior roles at the Metrohm HQ in Herisau
• Ensure the transparency and visibility of team´s progress, obstacles and successes to all stakeholders, PO, including the team itself
