For our customers in the fields of mechatronics, automotive and automation, we procure electronic components, plastic and metal parts from Asia and Eastern Europe and manufacture assemblies in Bratislava.

We are looking for an immediate entry of a

TECHNICAL PURCHASING MANAGER (m/f)

in the fields of stamping and bending, turning and milling, die casting, steel casting and forging.

Area of responsibility

• Check technical feasibility of new items in cooperation with Engineering
• Choose relevant suppliers and provide them RFQs
• Collect, verify and compare offers from different suppliers based on technical requirements
• Prepare the calculation for the product
• Create and manage items in ERP system
• Search for new potential suppliers with focus on Europe and China
• Conduct supplier visits in cooperation with Engineering and QA
• Operative purchasing

Your profile

• Technical background (technical high school, university degree)
• Experience in Purchasing department or in Strategic purchasing
• Very good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of German advantageous
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel), CAD knowledge advantageous
