Job description, responsibilities and duties
Security analyst carries out security measures to protect an organization's cloud, drives security related risk remediation, supports cyber security initiatives through both predictive and reactive analysis. We are looking for an experienced security specialist with a history of working in a global environment working in public and private clouds. Candidate will function as technical subject matter expert for application security topics.
The following task should be performed:
• Work with development teams and operations to secure the entire development and operational life-cycle.
• You will work with other security members to design tools and processes that support a DevOps approach to communication and collaboration.
• You will work with other members of your team to investigate and formulate processes and methodologies for securing cloud infrastructure and applications in a highly regulated environment.
• Performing vulnerability assessment and providing support to penetration testing team.
• Perform analysis on cloud based security alerts
• Develop new alerts and maintenance/improvement of the current ones
