Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
The position is supporting mainly Business Operation Department of the commapny - close coperation with colleagues on the positions: Business Operations Lead, CRM and Data Specialist, Multichannel Marketing Manager, Business Operation Manager, and Commercial Trade Lead
The main responsibilities include:
- Individualized reports for the Business - ad hoc, out of standardized regular reports
- Monthly EFPIA reports preparation
- Preparation of quarterly aggregate spend report support
- Credits assignment to participants of scientific events
- Database synchronization – weekly basis
- ad hoc support based on Sales force requests
- Weekly data preparation for KPI reporting
