Job description, responsibilities and duties
Marketing and Sales Manager leads their therapeutic area and are able to engage all internal and external stakeholders with their passion and vision. Inspire their coworkers in order to propose best possible solutions and achieve best possible results.
Key responsibilities includes:
• Collect customer insights and run market analysis for a clear understanding of the market landscape, customers and competitors
• Lead cross functional teams in respective therapeutic areas
• Develop and execute brand strategy based on inputs from all parts of organization as well as market insights
• Create tactical plans and customer solutions (including digital marketing) based on agreed strategy
• Calibrate KPIs and delivering upon them
• Forecasting accurately
• Monitor sales performance and track expenses according to budget
• Management of the sales team - 2 Key Account Specialists
• Deliver brand communication assets and key solutions towards all critical customers and stakeholders exploiting all critical f:f and digital channels
• Support access to our products in the market by developing MSD solutions in close collaboration with Market Access, Trade Channel, KAMs or any other relevant teams
